DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Due to the intended use of high performance products, Apex R&D LLC doing business as Apex Racing Development ("APX”) products and each part thereof, are sold with a Limitation of Liability Agreement.

Racing is a dangerous activity and purchasers of APX products knowledge the inherent risks associated. APX makes no representations that its products can reduce or eliminate any such risk.

APX products are NOT FOR STREET or HIGHWAY USE. APX products are not certified by DOT and other authorities as replacement for standard public road vehicle equipment, and are intended only for race vehicles operated on closed-course facilities or race tracks with appropriate supervision of qualified technicians or mechanics to ensure that the safety needs of the race driver and others are met. APX products could be combined with other products or parts which may not be suitable and could adversely affect performance of other race parts or the vehicle. The user shall determine the ultimate suitability and safety of the product for its intended use, and the user assumes all responsibility and risk in connection therewith. 

WARRANTY

APX products are warrantied for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Warranty applies to product failures due to manufacturing defects. Warranty is not applicable in cases of damages sustained during vehicle crashes, incorrect installation and abuse. We do stand by our product and our customers.
