Arrow has released two new products: EVO and EVO-2, two advanced versions of the COMPETITION full system developed at the beginning of the SBK season for the BMW S1000RR 2018.

BMW S1000RR COMPETITION EVO and EVO-2 full systems
New EVO and EVO-2 full systems have been developed at the beginning of the Superbike World Championship season by implementing the BMW S1000RR 2018 Competition full system. These exhausts have been made for the 2018 model, but they also fit 2014/2017 model. These exhausts are the perfect choice forteams who race in national and international championships, but also for all track and amateur riders on bikes with modification on the electronics and on the engine.
What is the difference with the EVO kit and which are the advantages of these two products?
COMPETITION EVO and EVO-2 FULL SYSTEMS: what’s new
Modification has involved all components of the exhaust, in order to highly improve performances on track-use engines with a significant growth potential able to adapt to engines upgrade throughout the season. These exhausts are still 4:2:1 . the biggest difference lies in the link pipe and the silencer, in order to increase the flow rate and reach high levels of power at high engine speed. Modifications on the collectors sections have optimized performances at low and medium engine speed as well.

● COMPETITION EVO full system
This exhaust fits a Race-Tech silencer, it gives a smoother power and torque curve at every engine speed with a great result in terms of peak power at higher revs. EVO full system meets present noise limits stated by current regulations.
● Kit Competition EVO-2
EVO-2 version with Pro-Race silencer is better for power and torque at mid-range engine speed.

The measurements have been taken on Arrow’s rolling road test bench and these show for every version of the exhaust system tested power (hp) and torque (Nm) measured at the wheel. All tests are done in 6th gear, accelerating the bike until the rev limiter shuts down the throttle.
